Solution / Product

It's common knowledge that the kitchen is the heart of the home. However, fewer and fewer are comfortable cooking in the kitchen.
To truly understand cooking one must complete numerous recipes to grasp the principles of cooking, if at all. Recipes teach how to prepare a dish but not overall cooking. However, if you provide a basis of understanding and then reinforce that understanding while involving them you empower people to : cook naturally, eat healthier, use what is in the pantry, and really enjoy the process with confidence and ability.
KitchenCUE™ Instructional DVD Series:
KitchenCUE™ provides this education using a powerful teaching methodology through a digital medium. The DVD's are subject based. The intent is to teach both the basic and advanced techniques of cooking by building an understanding of the processes. This gives the user the freedom from the confines of recipes, and instills them with the confidence to explore and develop their own unique cooking capabilities.
Content will be technique-driven, making them functional and powerful. Through these tutorials the user will be educated and empowered beyond basic recipe replication. Each volume will focus on a particular subject and provide step-by-step instruction alongside a professional chef, within a controllable means to truly provide for learning. With at least 20 volumes to be produced, variety will add to success by catering to different client interests and generating repeat business.
While most cooking DVD's are recipe based, KitchenCUE's unique approach allows you to find your creative spirit in the kitchen; building your confidence as you take the steps to understand the process. KitchenCUE™ will make you a more confident cook and teach you the secrets to building an easy, innovative and comprehensive system to cooking.
Using the skill set of Chef Shellie Kark, who has spent years as a chef in fine dinning establishments and teaching hundreds of students, Chef Kark has re-defined what it means to "learn how to cook." Her teaching style is supportive, easy and fun. Her hands-on approach uses techniques to build a foundation for confidence rather than relying solely on recipes. Students learn more, not because it's memorized, but because they understand.
Our library of virtual cooking education tools have been developed by our team who are passionate advocates for food, health, family and community, promoting cooking as a lifestyle for the benefits that result. We pride ourselves in providing for the three styles of learning; visual, kinesthetic and audio in one comprehensive hands-on approach
