The problem...

The problem occurred when changes in society created a nation of people who lost the ability to cook. Time in the kitchen with family and meals around the table sadly became the exception rather than the norm.

Further, the need to prepare healthier, whole food is stronger than ever evidenced by the number of health issues we face. Yet with each passing generation of consumers the skill for cooking is further diminishing.

While the innate need to nurture via food and drink lives strong inside each of us, the lack of confidence and ability steers us away from the pleasures of the kitchen.

People want to build their cooking skills, but despite the TV programs, millions of cookbooks sold and other resources no one has developed a way to empower and to reallly help people understand, until now...
